LM(left) The visual connection between the gull tracks and the backwash tracks became the basis of my composition of this image. Within moments, an incoming wave wiped the existing slate clean but created another abstract pattern. The ephemeral element of long point beach is a given.
KP(right)The water had retreated today at Long Point beach. Where it had withdrawn colourful, abstract oxide deposits were left in its wake.
