HE/SHE #37, 2015 - HE SAW- SHE SAW
LM (left) During a morning shoot on Franklin Island in eastern Georgian Bay a few weeks ago, my attention was drawn to the first warm light of sunrise glancing off of a lichen covered boulder. The play of warm light and cool shadow was compelling as always.

KP (right) I'm struck at how the waters of the eastern side Georgian Bay have a different character than those of the western shore. With underlying granite (instead of limestone) the colours of the moving water are richer and darker, but no less dynamic than the turquoise waters off the Bruce Peninsula.
