LM (upper) No sooner had I expressed my wish to see crows than voila--Kathy spotted them. The natural position of the flying birds suggested a triptych presentation.
KP (lower) When we visited Long Point this afternoon it was unusually quiet. The inner bay, still frozen, was silent. There was no wind, just a few flakes of snow falling out of the fog. Even the distant waterfowl were inaudible. To me, this landscape expresses that quiet - horizontally at rest, subdued in hue and tonal range.
