On an evening of unsettled weather we travelled to Long Point anticipating interesting light. While we were shooting in a light rain the sun broke through the storm clouds close to the horizon and the hoped-for rainbow began to form. The compositional challenge became a matter of quickly organizing an interesting foreground before the rainbow faded.
