LM (upper photograph) When we happened across this meadow while exploring a back road on the Bruce Peninsula, I immediately went into "Impressionistic" mode. I was less interested in the details than the delicate overall mood of the landscape.
KP (lower photograph)The roadside and meadow flowers were superlative this year in the Bruce, likely due to the cool, wet spring. My approach (naturalistic as opposed to Larry's impressionistic) was to try to convey the expansive abundance of the meadow in its fresh spring greens.
