KP(upper)When we made our way to Long Point after an afternoon of rain, the sky was still heavy with clouds and the waves were washing high onto the beach. Reviewing my images later, I found to my surprise that the camera had recorded some warmth in the evening light that had been totally imperceptible to me.
LM(lower)Strong winds and unusually high water drove the waves past the shore bar yesterday evening. A slow shutter speed in the low light softened the incoming breakers. I was interested in the contrast between the cool sky and beach and the earth toned turbulent water.
