LM(upper)This image pleases me because I had a "what if" moment when photographing and listened. It expresses the lively quality of light on water that afternoon on long point beach.
KP(lower) As a wave withdraws there is a very brief moment when its water hasn't been totally absorbed by the sand. On a sunny afternoon that residual moisture reflects the light, producing a small galaxy of specular highlights.
